While my post's title is "The name behind the brand" I'd like to take a slight detour to share a glimpse into one of my sibling's journeys. In my previous post, I mentioned the time we spent living with our maternal grandmother, which was a challenging period for all of us. Coping with trauma takes different forms for each of us. For me, it has been through expressing myself with "spoken word" poetry and, currently, by sharing my stories here. My brother, on the other hand, found his way of healing through spoken communication. He has a website called "BeIanspired," which you can easily find by searching for Ian Humphrey. I highly recommend checking it out; you'll discover his inspiring perspective on various moments in his life.
